How do I write a script?
One line becomes one balloon. Add a speaker with Yu: Good morning! or Mina「You're late」. Parentheses ( ) or ( ) mean narration; brackets [ ] or 【 】 mean shouts. # 3P starts page three. Open Script in the editor and tap a line to place it.
How do I change text direction?
Settings → Balloon defaults → Text direction sets the direction of new balloons. You can also select a balloon and change its direction individually. Existing pages keep their saved direction and font. Traditional Chinese Gothic and Ming fonts are available.
Draw and move
Draw with Apple Pencil and move balloons or panels with your finger. Enable Draw with finger in Settings if needed. Tap with two fingers to undo and three to redo. In panel mode, draw from one edge of a panel to another to split it.
Save and restore
Saving is automatic. Check the save badge; if saving fails, open it to see the reason and retry. A previous version can be restored from Version history. The state before restoration is saved as another version. Deleted works can be restored from the trash for 30 days.
Back up and change devices
Works stay on your device and are included in device backups. In the page list, open More → Export backup to keep a copy in Files. Use Settings → Import backup to open it on another device. PDF/PNG exports are for viewing or drawing apps; use a work backup to preserve editing data.
Plus and refunds
Purchase Plus from Settings → Namecho Plus → About Plus. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that purchased it. Family Sharing is supported. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
